The online map

The server puts out an interactive map you can look at from a browser, on computer as well as on phone.

How to open it

Do /carte in game: a link shows up in chat, and you just have to click it. /map shows you your exact position.

What it is for

• Seeing your island from the sky, which is impossible from the ground.
• Spotting the shape of your build before carrying on with it.
• Showing what you have built to someone who is not even on the server.
• Finding a friend's island when you know their name.

Everyone can see where you are

That is the trade-off. The map shows the players who are connected. Since nobody can attack you here, it is not dangerous, but you may as well know.
