Prepare your connection

Open System Settings → Internet → Internet Settings. Select your network, then Change Settings.

Enter the DNS addresses

Set DNS to Manual. Enter 104.238.130.180 as Primary and 8.8.8.8 as Secondary.

Open the server list

Save your settings and test the connection. In Minecraft, open Servers and join a compatible featured server such as Lifeboat to open BedrockConnect.

Add Hyping

In this menu, add bedrock.hyping.fr with port 19132, then connect.
