Rules and support
The full rulebook is in /reglement. Here is the gist.
What is banned
- Software that plays for you, software that lets you see through blocks, software that clicks on its own.
- Insulting, harassing, saying hateful things.
- Pretending to be a member of the team.
- Taking advantage of a bug instead of reporting it.
- Advertising another server.
- Asking other players for handouts.
What is allowed and what you will be asked about
- Standing still next to your farm to let it run, as long as you are not cheating with software that clicks for you. On the other hand, a farm builds up nothing when you move away from it or when you disconnect.
- Trading freely with others.
- Asking for help in chat.
- Using a texture pack. No mod is required to play here.
What the server has turned off
The Wither, the big three-headed boss, cannot appear. That is on purpose: killing it gives the Nether star used to craft a beacon, that glowing block which makes everything around it faster. The server wants them to stay rare. Auto-crafters are turned off. Shulker boxes do not fit in the Ender chest, and sleeping in a bed does not move your respawn point.
How to report
Open a ticket in the ouvrir-un-ticket channel of the /discord. Give the username, the time, and what you saw. A screenshot helps a lot.
If you have lost something
An item gone, a purchase that never arrived, a missing reward: go through a ticket. Do not ask in public chat, because nothing can be done there.
A shop purchase sometimes takes a few minutes to arrive. Reconnect first before opening a ticket.
Safety reminder
The server team will never ask you for your password, your money or your items. Nobody from the server will contact you outside the official Discord.
The daily restart
The server restarts every night a little after 5 in the morning. Everything is saved first, so you lose nothing. It comes back a few minutes later.
