What each level gives back

  • The size of your raft, which starts at a square 50 blocks a side and gains 5 blocks per level, up to 550. It is a limit on the ground only: upwards and downwards, you go all the way to the edges of the world.
  • The distance you can swim without hurting yourself, which starts at 15 blocks and climbs to 35.
  • What drifts around you, better and better.
  • The number of members: 3 to start with, 10 at level 76.
  • The number of teleport points: 5 at level 76.
  • Your generator's tier, up to level 46.
  • Access to your Nether at level 31, to your End at 75.
  • Hoppers, from 50 to start with up to 10,000.
  • Pistons, from 50 to start with up to 1,000.

If the exact numbers interest you, here they are. Otherwise skip this little table, you are missing nothing.

Hoppers: 50 to start with, then 550 at level 10, 1,300 at level 25, 2,550 at level 50, 3,800 at level 75, 10,000 at level 100.

Pistons: 50 to start with, then 100 at level 10, 175 at level 25, 300 at level 50, 525 at level 75, 1,000 at level 100.

The pace is not steady: both curves speed up towards the end, each in its own way. Do not work out the rest yourself, the upgrade menu always shows the real number.

These limits belong to the raft, not to the player: with three of you on it, you share them. Monster spawners, though, are capped at 15,000 from day one, with no upgrade.
