The online map

The server publishes an interactive map, viewable from a browser, on computer as well as on phone.

How to open it

Do /carte in game: a link shows up in the chat, and all you have to do is click it. /map shows you your exact position.

What it is for

• Seeing your raft from the sky, which is impossible from the ground.
• Working out the shape of your build before you carry on with it.
• Showing what you have built to somebody who is not even on the server.
• Finding a friend's raft when you know its name.

Everybody can see where you are

That is the trade-off. The map shows the connected players. Since nobody can attack you here, it is not dangerous, but you may as well know.
